When asked about the people working at SYSALIGN, they are six of one and half a dozen of the other. Our employees are like most other people: they have their likes and dislikes. At a first glance, they appear to be similar and ordinary, but they are their own microcosm and uniqueness of their existence. How we know that? It’s because of their attitudes. Their attitudes toward work, people, and life. These are their dispositions and all that we understand of them.

SYSALIGN, as a startup, has more freedom with dress code and has flexible working hours. Work culture is horizontal and is more free-spirited than authoritative. Sysalign will be free of prejudices and discrimination, and individual creativity will be the most important organizational advantage. Despite all this, there is one principle we do not comprise on: that the TEAM is the greatest player. That Thanos can be beaten with the Avengers “Dream Team.” We believe that every individual deserves to be reborn as a complete self in a team that truly helps them.

When asked about our dreams, we say: There are a lot of big, old, and powerful companies, but it's surprisingly clear why there are so few great ones. Because it was already good enough, so there was no need to be greater.
